Out for lunch with Julia Busuttil Nishimura
We're delighted to invite you to lunch with one of our favourite cooks, Julia Busuttil Nishimura at one of Castlemaine's most exciting places to eat, Temperance House with Ratbag Food and Wine as hosts.

We'll be celebrating Julia's most recent cookbook, Good Cooking Every Day and chatting with her about the inspiration behind her success and her passion for food.
This event will be intimate with just 45 guests and as it will be the first day of Summer, we'll begin the afternoon with a drink in the gardens of Temperance House followed by a glorious lunch, conversation, book signing and general opportunity to meet with Julia.
About the Author:

Julia Busuttil Nishimura is a cook, author and presenter. Julia's food is influenced by her Maltese heritage, the ebb and flow of the seasons, and by her time spent living in Tuscany, where she learned the joys of the Italian kitchen. Julia is a columnist for Gourmet Traveller, Good Weekend and The Design Files and the author of three bestselling cookbooks: Ostro, A Year of Simple Family Food and Around the Table. She lives in Melbourne with her husband, Nori, and two children.
